It’s a privilege to have a job which is like being at a party. But why not? Surely we can all enjoy the work that we do. Surely that enjoyment should be the barometer that you measure against. If your work joy barometer is sinking what is contributing to this? Is it time to move on? Do you need a new challenge in your existing job? Is it a relationship issue that you should address? Are your achievements being recognised? Are you rewarding yourself when you are doing well? Do you have direction and focus? Do your goals need to be reviewed? What is it in the organisation that contributes to this feeling?
