What makes you unique? What makes you amazing? What makes you uniquely amazing?

Its International Women’s Day today. I have worked professionally with so many women who have had little belief in their own ability, performance or potential (of course I helped them change that!). We are all unique and have our own unique combination of skills, abilities, attitudes, experience and behaviour. These are the things that make a difference between achieving your dreams and sitting in a corner whingeing.

There are things about you that are amazing. There are things that you do, say, think, are capable of that are amazing. Every single one of us can be amazing every day.

So today on international women’s day be an amazing woman and tell other women how they are amazing. If you are a man tell the women in your life how they are amazing.

And when someone tells you how you are amazing just accept the compliment and say thanks (instead of following your normal behaviour pattern of shrugging it off and passing the glory to someone or something else).
