Tell them to hang in there and something wonderful will arrive.
I had a lot of silver linings last year. Business was slow and I needed to make someone redundant. The silver lining is that I now have an apprentice who is young, keen and full of ideas. He is a great asset for all the social media work we do for clients.
Today's silver lining is that it's snowing, so I'm in my office on my own, with the radio turned up load. The staff are all working from home ... which means I can knock off early and go and play in the snow with the dog!
